OUR MISSION

CSA's aim is to provide all participants with comprehensive training that can assist in finding and following each individual's vocational goals and we do our very best to achieve this.

CSA offers all its services on a fair and equal basis and our assessment processes follow best practice standards and are designed to meet National Industry Training Packages and Guidelines.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

CSA's objective within the next 6 months is to obtain National status as a Registered Training Organisation.

We are currently in the process of preparing all documentation and necessary policies to submit to the Australian Quality & Training Authority to help us achieve this status by the end of 2008.   

ABOUT US

Construction Safety Assurance Pty Ltd (CSA) was established in 2006 by Andrew Bates.   Andrew is an experienced Trainer and Assessor and has more than 20 years in the construction, manufacturing and storage industries.   Andrew has been training and assessing in these fields for over 10 years and currently holds a Certificate IV in workplace assessment training and is a licensed Certificate Assessor for High Risk Work with WorkSafe.

CSA offers training and assessment courses that best suit a clients needs. Courses can be run during normal working hours, weekends or in the evenings, run on consecutive days or one day a week.

Our assessment processes are fair, and follow best practice standards.   

We offer comprehensive services in:

  • Training and Assessment
  • Recognition services for individuals with experience or prior learning
  • Flexible learning support
  • Text book sales
  • Course customisation and development
  • Vocational equipment sales (such as Scaffolding Tools & Belts)
  • Counselling
  • Vocational Guidance

CSA offers all of its services on a fair and equal basis. Our only responsibility is to ensure that all participants are able to display the level of skills and knowledge required in the workplace - and we do our very best to help you to achieve this goal. It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that our services are accessible to any person who wants to access them.

We do not discriminate in any way, shape or form. Age is not a factor for our training - the only restrictions are those that are placed on certain courses by legislation, such as a Licence to Perform High Risk Work, you must be 18 years of age.

CSA ensures that class sizes are small enough to enable us to spend considerable resources on each person. We can provide language and literacy support when required and do our best to help people with additional learning support needs.
